Ezekiel’s House
Ezekiel’s House is a housing program that offers individuals the opportunity to live on-site while participating in the Rags to Riches Mentoring Program for a designated period, helping them get back on their feet. Participants must agree to the house rules.
In Ezekiel 37, God asks Ezekiel if the dry bones can live, and Ezekiel replies, "O Lord God, thou knowest." Continuing in verse 4, God commands Ezekiel to prophesy to the bones. By verse 7, the bones come together. This coming together of the bones was necessary to form the structure that would allow life to be breathed into them. Just like those bones, transformation in our lives requires structure to receive new life.
1 Corinthians 14:40 tells us, "Let all things be done decently and in order." Chaos never leads to positive outcomes. It brings confusion, stress, anxiety, and ultimately failure. At Ezekiel's House, our primary mission is to establish order and structure in the lives of those we serve, giving them a solid foundation for success.
We aim to help individuals overcome the obstacles that have held them back. These barriers may include hurtful words spoken over them, low self-esteem, past abuse, lack of training, and many other challenges. We help them see themselves as God sees them and work to remove the hindrances that have been holding them back. Through Jesus, they can experience healing for their wounds, rebuild their confidence, and discover a renewed sense of purpose.
Residents of Ezekiel’s House will receive mentoring, job training, and more through the Rags to Riches Mentoring Program. Our goal is to help them discover their passion and purpose, enabling them to breathe new life into their future and succeed.
We are currently raising funds to build a facility to house participants and expand our impact. We
are deeply grateful for our dedicated volunteers and generous financial donors who support and
believe in our mission to help individuals improve their lives.
